What documents will I need to provide with an application?
Each property may have its own requirements, but typically you will be required to provide copies of the following for each member of your household:
- Last three years W2s and Federal Tax Returns (with all Schedules)
- 6 Weeks’ Most Recent Pay Stubs & documentation on any other source of income, e.g., social security, pension, alimony, child support, etc.
- 6 Months of all Bank, Credit Union, and Investment Account Statements (all pages)
- Most Recent Retirement Fund Account Statements (e.g., 403b, 401k)
