Developers of Affordable Housing:  If you are a developer of affordable housing units (whether for sale or rental) and need to comply with Westchester County’s Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan Requirements (link here for the Requirements) with respect to your project, contact WRO at affordable@wroinc.org or 914-428-4519 to discuss your project and the costs and timeline for complying with the Requirements.
